Code of Ethics and Conduct


Preparing a code of ethics and conduct enhances customer service values, improves quality, improves performance, and serves customers.

The Code of Ethics and Conduct is a general framework that the independent representative must adhere to and act in accordance with. It is a code that sheds light on the standards, ethics and values ​​that the independent representative must display.

GDN expects all IRs to adhere to the principles of fairness, honesty and integrity in all of their Independent Representatives' dealings and activities.

This Code of Ethics and Conduct is part of GDN's "Policies and Procedures" and all of the regulations and agreements currently in effect that all IRs adhere to. The provisions violating the code of conduct, policies and procedures, regulations and agreements applicable to taking actions by GDN, in accordance with the company's policies and procedures.

The Code of Ethics and Conduct outlines how the proper management of the business required to be exercised by IRs.

Establishing ethical standards, basic rules and principles, values ​​and a professional work culture among Independent Representatives, enhancing adherence to these standards, rules and values, and consolidating the foundations of good practices, and educating independent representatives and directing them towards a sound work ethic.

It is a binding requirement for all IRs to adhere to this code of ethics at all times.

 

Part one - behavior
1. Dealing with the general public
1.1 Communications and Correspondence

The Independent Representative should:
A) To be committed at all times, when communicating with any person, whether through the phone book or any other means, to respect the privacy and desires of the persons contacted.
B) Not to engage in any objectionable or obscene behavior or any unjust or hostile behavior when communicating with or interacting with other persons who deal with GDN or the opportunities it offers.
C) Presenting the opportunities offered by or pertaining to GDN as they are and without exaggeration, obscure, courtesy or distortion.

D) Maintaining his good personal appearance in terms of clothing, language and documentation according to the highest possible standards.
E) Adherence to the provisions of the law and good morals with regard to items and days when making contacts and setting appointments.

1.2 Presenting Opportunities

An IR presenting the business plan at any time, offering a training course or seminar, or while attending a GDN Independent Representatives meeting should:
A) Not to display any false details to anyone regarding the financial rewards available in light of the GDN plan.
B) Not to make any misleading or false offers related to the features of GDN's products, services and programs, including with regard to their level, quality, value, features, accessories, uses for a specific purpose, or their potential for trade or benefits.

C) Not to make any misleading or false offers about the prices of GDN products or services.
D) Not to engage in any behavior that would mislead any person regarding the nature, manufacturing process, characteristics, suitability, or quality of any GDN products or services.
E) Not to make any misleading or false offers regarding anyone's need for goods or services.
F) To explain very clearly to anyone discussing it that the financial rewards opportunity for an IR is according to the IR's individual performance.
G) Use the official publications approved by GDN, including forms, texts and other tools.

1.3 Doing Business

The Independent Representative must not do the following at any time:
A) Exploiting others' disabilities or weaknesses, such as illness or old age, disability, illiteracy or their lack of knowledge of the language.
B) Urge or demand to obtain orders in favor of GDN products, including the use of physical force, indecent harassment or coercion, or any means, except for offering the possibility of examining the orders that the independent representative wants to make.
C) Refusing to identify him personally when asked to do so.


1.4 Clarify the business plan
When presenting or discussing GDN's business plan and potential profits, the Independent Representative should generally rely on GDN documentation for its references and adhere to the following points regarding the contents of the business plan:

A) If earnings forecasts are made, these forecasts should reflect what the average person can accomplish under normal circumstances.
B) If any earnings estimates are made, the assumptions on which the estimates are based should be clearly defined.
C) When previous experiences are not available on the basis of which these expectations can be made with regard to profits, this should be clarified when making the offer.

When presenting or discussing a GDN business plan, the Independent Representative must not make any false offers with respect to:

A) Any risks that may be associated with the conduct of business.

B) The amount of time that the average person should devote to conducting business.

C) Annual expenses and the total annual income that a normal person directing the business might expect, and the method of calculating those figures.

Part Two - Obligations
2. General obligations
2.1 Authorization limit
The Independent Representative's mandate is limited. The Independent Representative must refer any GDN issue to the appropriate company representative. The Independent Representative should not interfere in the decision-making process without the prior written consent of the Company Representative.

2.2 Infringement of Independent Representatives
GDN does not condone intentional infringement of ownership by competing IRs or IRs from other pipelines in GDN businesses.

3. Use of GDN's ownership
As the trademarks, logos and service marks are registered and owned by GDN and / or its subsidiaries, all written materials are protected by copyright registered in favor of GDN. It is absolutely not permissible to use these trademarks, logos, service marks, or publish copyrighted material except with written authorization by GDN only.


4. Product claims
GDN publishes detailed product information that is accurate, complete and verifiable. The Independent Representative shall not make any claims about GDN products or services unless they are based on official documents issued by GDN and accurately reflect the information in the relevant publications.


5. Obligations of the Independent Representative
5.1 Encouraging Ethical Business Practice

The Independent Representative is obligated to:
A) Ensure that IRs in their group are aware of this Code and that they implement at all times their business relationships, either within the group or with IRs in the general public; In the appropriate legal form and with a high level of respect and honesty and in line with what is stated in the code.
B) Ensure that Independent Representatives are well informed of the laws applicable to the Independent Representative's work and duties, including other basic facts and general policies or regulations that may affect these acts and duties.
C) Maintain confidentiality and not unethical use of information that may harm the business of other IRs.

5.2 GDN's Obligations

GDN guarantees that:

A) That its employees act at all times in a manner that does not conflict with the legitimate interests of the Independent Representative and carry out their duties in accordance with respect and professional honesty.
B) Permanently dispatching Independent Representatives to laws applicable to the business and duties of the Independent Representative and other basic facts and public policies that affect these business and duties and informing them that they will have to comply with all of their requirements.
C) The full cooperation of its employees with the Independent Representatives in providing them with appropriate advice on matters of interest to them.
D) To act in the interests of the legitimate IRs to the best of their abilities.

Part Three - Applications
6. Application of the code of ethics and conduct
GDN and the Independent Representative both agree to the entire Code of Ethics and to be bound by it.

6.1 Compliance

GDN and the Independent Representative undertake to fully comply with the Code:
A) In GDN matters raised by directors, executives, and all other employees.
B) On IR issues raised by Independent Officials and their subordinates.

6.2 Administration
GDN handles all dealings with Independent Representatives in a manner that complies with this Code of Ethics.

7. Ethical communication
The Independent Representative must not:
A) Polling information for or on behalf of another multi-level marketing company or direct selling company.
B) Disclosing confidential information for the benefit of any unauthorized persons or for unauthorized or unethical purposes.
C) Discuss the financial aspects of other IRs' businesses.
D) Encouraging another IR to change the referral or application line.
E) Participation in the business of switching lines or trespassing
F) Encouraging or inciting others to participate in the business of changing lines or trespassing
G) Exploitation of GDN-sponsored concerts, documents or CDs in the business of switching lines or infringement.

8. Potential assistance to an Independent Representative
The Independent Representative must at all times, with or without the assistance of its supervisors, complete all relevant portions of the request in the presence of the potential client.

8.1 Clarification to a Potential Client
The sponsor or chairperson, in the presence of the potential client, must explain and complete the application forms details in a manner that makes the potential client known to them by the president or independent representative presenting them.

8.2 Application subject to acceptance
The application form is subject to the discretion of GDN as to whether or not it is accepted as a valid form, and so is the appointment of this person as an Independent Representative.

9. Complaints
In the event that the Independent Representative becomes aware of any violations of this Code and wants to file a complaint, these complaints should be filed in writing in accordance with GDN's policies and procedures.

* I am honest and fair in all my dealings with GDN.

* I perform all my professional activities in a way that enhances my reputation and the positive reputation that GDN has built.

* Present the reward plan accurately and honestly, indicating the level of effort required to succeed.

* I only offer real income opportunities, and only in light of the effort expended.

* I provide business benefits and information as contained in the official company publications and from my personal experiences.

* I accept and do everything in my power to carry out all duties expected of the IR and Referral, including providing the necessary training and support to subordinates in my network.

* I adhere to all policies and procedures that apply to operating my business.

* I try very hard to ensure that my subordinates are satisfied with my service and leadership.

* Answer questions and inquiries from potential representatives and subordinates with integrity and honesty.

* I refer only people I can discover and train as my own subordinates and / or potential business representatives.

* I always encourage potential representatives formed by the first referrers to be sponsored by these referrers as well.

* Explain that GDN is a network marketing opportunity where the income I get depends on my marketing and leadership skills as well as my personal efforts.

* I treat all potential representatives, subordinates, and colleagues with respect, goodwill, and professional courtesy.

* Be careful not to incite subordinates outside my referral line to sign in the name of my network.

* GDN is not misrepresented in any way.

* Be careful not to use any ads that I know may be false or misleading.

* I am fair and fair in my dealings with my subordinates and colleagues, and not participate in any practices that may negatively affect me personally, the team and the company.

* I act in a manner that reflects the highest level of honesty, candor and responsibility because I am fully aware that my actions as an IR with GDN have far reaching implications.

* I use the information on all GDN websites for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

* I do not create any unapproved or illegal websites that may tarnish the image of GDN and its affiliates.
