Social media policy

IRs are allowed to discuss and promote their business on social media such as Blogging, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, MySpace, etc. The next section deals with the company’s policy and guidelines regarding this representation. The absence or limited reference to a specific site does not imply that this policy is insufficient. In the absence of a policy or guidance, IRs should resort to their professional judgment and make the wisest decisions.

1. Personal blogs, websites, and social media profiles must contain clear disclaimers that make clear that the opinions expressed express only the convictions of the author and do not represent the views of the company.

For example - “The opinions and positions presented are my own and do not necessarily reflect those of GDN.”

2. You must define yourself accurately and clearly state your relationship with the company as an IR. It is not permissible to claim any other relationship such as an employee, agent or otherwise.

3. You are not entitled to use the company's trademarks in any user name or to deal with it in any social media. This social media includes, but is not limited to, Twitter, Facebook, and Linkedin.

4. The information posted on your blogs, websites and social media profiles is subject to GDN policies and procedures. The above also applies to comments posted on blogs, forums, and other social media sites.

5. IRs shall not use or attempt to register or sell trade names, trademarks, service names, service marks, product names, or any of their derivatives, of GDN and its related companies for any Internet domain name or e-mail address.

6- If you identify yourself as an IR, you are associating your identity with the brand image and values of the company. As this is the case, your online activities may influence other people's perceptions of the company, its products, and services. Therefore, you should be aware that your actions recorded through pictures, posts or comments may be reflected on the company. The following guidelines must be adhered to when posting any content on the Internet:
* You should only use texts on the company's official website
* You must not attach the content of your website or your social media profile to text from a source other than the company.

* The content must be spellchecked.
* It is prohibited to resort to any misleading or deceptive activities, information or methods.
* Copyright laws must be respected and references are referenced or cited as appropriate.
* Not allowed to use offensive language.
* Attacking for personal reasons is not permitted.

7. IRs must disclose their relationships with GDN or identify themselves as Independent Representatives of GDN when commenting on GDN and / or its products.

8. IRs who testify online must be honest and subject to model results.

Example 1: “This product has succeeded in treating baldness.” Although this testimony may be an honest opinion, it is not a typical result. Therefore, any similar opinion published on the Internet may be considered a violation of current guidelines unless there is valid research to support this claim.
.
Example 2. "You earned 50,000 Israeli Shekels in one month with GDN, and you can too." Although this statement may be correct, the result is not "typical". Such statements may be considered a violation of current guidelines. When discussing earnings, you should refer to policies and procedures for guidance on this topic.

It is prohibited to use the company logo or trademark for paid internet ads such as Facebook ads. All links should be directed to the IR's personal website and not to the company's official website.

10. If you have a complaint with the company, contact the company to resolve it through any of the official social media channels available on gdn.ps
Do not use other social media to express grievances in public because the company will not be able to deal with your grievance; A large number of those who will read your grievance will not know when it has been resolved, and it may leave them feeling bad that may last forever.
